The Client

Established in 1993, Immediate Air Cargo Transit has grown into a multimillion dollar company. What began as a small company specializing in same-day service has now grown into a full service transportation company. Immediate Air Cargo Transit has built its reputation on meeting the needs of their customers. IACT specializes in coordinating time sensitive moves, domestic or international. While the focus may be on time sensitive moves, they offer customers a full range of services to choose from.

The Problem

Immediate Air Cargo Transit needed a website built, a CRM, and a tracking system. They wanted to be able to track their shipments and cargo, on one convenient screen.

In addition, the people at IACT wanted to allow thier customers access to their system as well. They wanted a login section, and a page where people could track their shipment/package, using multiple fields.

The Solution

Neteazy implemented an online CRM with fully functioning data management including customizable report settings. There is a customer/user login page, and each page is customizable by the employee before it is made live. Orders can be tracked and updated online, using the simple application developed by Neteazy. Users are able to request quotes, and the function of setting up a pickup is coming soon. IACT reports their customers are very impressed with the services Neteazy has provided.
