The Client

NetPlus Alliance's two-fold mission is to help suppliers of industrial and contractor supplies grow their market share among their distributor network across North America, while simultaneously helping distributors grow their net profit margin. Membership is open to all industrial supplies distributors and contractor supplies distributors. NetPlus is supported by a very broad range of manufacturers and wholesalers offering a tremendous variety of products at competitive price for their members.

The Problem

NetPlus Alliance needed a CRM system built, and came to Neteazy with a proposal. Neteazy's team of experienced developers came up with complex solutions, made easy for the user.

The Solution

Neteazy built a system that enabled NetPlus to manage their relationships with customers, including the capture, storage and analysis of customer, vendor, partner, and internal process information. The collaborative CRM built by Neteazy covers the direct interaction with customers, for a variety of different purposes, including feedback and issue-reporting. Interaction can be through a variety of channels, such as web pages, email, cell-phones, etc.

The operational CRM Neteazy built, provides support to "front office" business processes, including sales, marketing and service. Each interaction with a customer is generally added to a customer's contact history, and staff can retrieve information on customers from the database when necessary. Each CRM developed by Neteazy for NetPlus is currently in use and live.
